Proplan saw the light of day in 1991, originally as an advisor and reseller of Visma’s ERP systems. However, a system is still just a system. The real magic lies in what you can get out of and achieve with your systems. And that’s where Proplan comes in. By developing new systems in-house and helping customers adopt standardized, now, cloud-based systems tailored to specific business needs, they take customers into the future. They have the knowledge, experience and technology for just that. With Proplan, it has always been about something more than just systems. It's about people.Proplan’s mission is to simplify. This is achieved through a combination of consultancy, standardized and in-house developed software, and digitization of processes. Letting you focus on your core business. And that just happens to be what Flare’s helped them do as well.

Initially, Proplan and especially Proplan Utvikling, responsible for developing in-house software and business in the group, wanted to test webinars to communicate with both new and existing customer in an efficient way.

Producing these in-house, they spent a lot of time putting it together at varying quality. Trying to clearly communicate at times complex systems, workflows and processes can be a daunting task.

Coincidentally, Proplan’s and Flare’s mission statements are a perfect match. Flare helps companies get their message across visually, as effectively and efficiently as possible. Whether that’s a headshot that instantly captures who someone is or a webinar that uniquely explains how your product solves a problem, even if it's a bit complex at first glance. And that’s what we did together.

Clear, concise, tailored and targeted webinars have led to Proplan’s seeing a great increase in the number of potential customers attending the webinars.Lights, camera, action, has a nice ring to it, but when it comes to executing it for webinars, it can be a real pain. Webinars, often make use of multiple speakers, which in turn leads to multiple cameras and mics, not to mention graphics, slides and videos that you might want to use throughout the webinar. This can become very time consuming and become a hassle, but at Flare, it is what we do day in and out.Flare has helped Proplan greatly decrease the amount of effort required in the production of the webinars, allowing them to focus on the content and engage with their webinar’s viewers. Not to mention that they now have more consistency across their webinars, and higher quality throughout, establishing more trust with their potential customers. To sum it up, Proplan had a great idea for their business, create webinars that give their potential customers insight into their software’s features and benefits.

Flare was brought on to help them bring the vision they had for their webinars to life, facilitating them to focus on bringing the best content to their webinar’s audience.

We have absolutely loved being a part of the webinars with Proplan, they are a great team of people to work with. We look forward to working with them further to streamline and develop their webinars, to help them communicate their message with ease.
