Flare covered the full conference capturing high quality situational and environmental photography and video of all the 17 biggest speakers across 10 different stages, along with capturing the full attendee experience of NIC.
The thing with capturing events is its not just about capturing film and photos to document what happened at the event, but you have to shoot with a view towards promoting the following years event. But that’s not all, on this occasion we did on-location interviews with masterclass speakers which were quickly turned around and published same-day to drive engagement and enhance the experience of the attendees.
Post event films need to be delivered as quickly as possible by the end of the event, in order to maximise the engagement from the guests. In the case of NIC, Flare produced a “Thank you for attending”-video that was published as the last session ended and the attendee’s were walking out the door in Oslo Spektrum on day 3.
Safe to say it was delivered precisely when it was needed, and not 4 weeks after the event.
